I went in for what I thought was strep but tested negative. The NP told me that I had sinus drainage. I was unaware sinus drainage could cause fever and such but whatever. A week later I had what I thought was bronchitis, Chest cold, coughing my head off, laryngitis, body aches, etc. again I was told it was sinus drainage and was told to go get some Zyrtec, no tests were run and she listened to my lungs for just a few seconds. I feel like I got absolutely no help at all.
The wait time was awful. We were the first patients in the door and literally waiting right at an hour before seeing the doctor.
They were fast paced but the service received was not to my standards. The FNP dismissed everything we were telling her was wrong with our children. She rushed through the process, gave us scripts, and hurried out. Our children are still sick, and symptoms continue to worsen. Thee stars were left for the ladies up front and the sweet nurse that did take the time to hear us.

Made my request for refills and medicine for sinus infection . Request was filled and I left.
I am very upset that it took them over an hour to get my daughters med to the pharmacy and this is after I went back to the clinic and the secretary told me it was being sent right then and several phone calls back to back because they wouldn’t answer the phone. The girl at the pharmacy was even calling. Then once the did send the meds over (1 minute before the pharmacy closed) it was something that our insurance wouldn’t cover.
