The wait was a little long but to be expected as it was somewhat busy for a weekday morning. I loved that I could do the registration and check in process online before I even got there. The nurse and NP were very friendly and personable. Got me diagnosed quickly and had a prescription sent and ready at my pharmacy before I was even out the door. Will definitely be back if needed
Have been to this facility three times for myself and a few for my husband. Every experience has been positive. From the front desk reception to the medical professionals in the back, every single person is friendly. Concerns never feel dismissed which makes it that much easier to communicate. Absolutely zero complaints.
Wait was minimal and staff was very friendly and helpful. Visiting from out of state and desperate for help. Julie was so kind and professional. She was able to answer my questions and get me headed in the right direction to get back to feeling better.
No one ever wants to have to go to the Dr... but Julie Cantrell and her staff always make things better. Always patient, kind, and compassionate even when my 3 year old wants no part of anything the need to do. This team goes above and beyond to take care of every patient that walks thru their doors. You have a question.... ask them.... they will be happy to help. It is not a clinic were they rush you in and out they take their time to see you and address your concerns
It is so nice to have a place to go right when you need care. Consistant people in our little clinic that truly listen to you and give you the best care possibly. In a day and time that it can take weeks to get an appointment with your doctor, I am so thankful for Fast Pace!
