I brought my 5 yo grandson in for diagnosis/treatment. The entire visit was very pleasant, caring, and professional from beginning to end. Monika at the front desk helped us get registered and checked in. Tania got symptoms and swabs for tests. Swabs are not always easy with a very cautious and ill five yo. She gained his confidence and rewarded him with a treat for allowing the swabs. The NP Reba B. was very professional and compassionate and gave a timely diagnosis.
