I brought my 5 yo grandson in for diagnosis/treatment. The entire visit was very pleasant, caring, and professional from beginning to end. Monika at the front desk helped us get registered and checked in. Tania got symptoms and swabs for tests. Swabs are not always easy with a very cautious and ill five yo. She gained his confidence and rewarded him with a treat for allowing the swabs. The NP Reba B. was very professional and compassionate and gave a timely diagnosis. I was out of town on a hunting trip and developed a real bad gout attack. The office in Jackson Al took care of me and got me back on track. A wonderful Dr. and staff. Very clean office area as well. A+ from me. Great job!

Everyone was soo nice!! I didn’t like the big copay I had as I didn’t know or never have paid a copay higher than 40 to see a doctor!! The wait was very long!!
