The service was quick and they took our insurance but importantly the lady doctor knew what to do and did it without drama. 5 stars for the care. 1 demerit for the computer program. Cannot go back and edit. Autofill put in our land line so i could not get text to enter and finish sign in.
The physicians assistant didn’t introduce himself and spent 20 seconds looking in my ears and throat and gave his opinion and said he would send in script to pharmacy and walked out. He left the door open and I asked as he was walking away “do I need anything before I leave?” He looked over his shoulder and say “yeah you are good.” I got home feeling no better and called my virtual medical plan through work that is “free!” They asked me many questions, gave a different diagnosis, called in different med and I am improving al... read more
Didn't have to wait too long even though there were 4 in front of me. They were professional, courteous & kind. I'd go there again should the need arise. Pleasant experience.
Given this place multiple chances, plan on being there for 1.5-2 hours to see the doctor for approx 20 seconds. I was under a lot of discomfort so I made an appointment to be seen rather URGENTLY and I waited an hour after my appointment time. Then was taken to a room and waited approx another hour for the doctor. Friendly staff, but not too thorough. The previous visit with my mom, they actually forgot about her. Won’t be coming here again for urgent care.
Good experience. I was a walk in and everyone was helpful and pleasant. Felt they understood my issue and addressed it quickly and professionally. I will use them again.
