I was a walk-in (kind of last minute cause I wasn’t going to go), so I expected to wait for a while. Unfortunately there were a bunch of people there so I waited longer than expected. I just felt awful, so I was being impatient. Freezing cold in the waiting room (I could have gotten a jacket from my car, I know this). Finally got called back. Walked in, waited in line with severe tooth pain, and infection, from a cracked and partially missing lower molar. Ms Day, NP, called in an antibiotic and a few pain meds. Just what I needed until my DDS gets back from Vacation. I’m under full time medical care at Johnson City TN, VA Medical Ctr but I can’t get Dental because I’m not disabled. Her the office were excellent!!!

Wonderful attentive courteous and professional are the best words I can use to describe the NP’s and staff that work there. I’m amazed how quickly Valerie was able to find the insurance for the man that was being seen preventing us a trip back home. She alone deserves praise for going above and beyond.
