I only been twice and the longest wait time is getting back in a room. I don’t get the concept of doing a time on the website and get there on time and still have to wait 25 plus minutes

Whole process from registering and setting up appt on line was fairly simple. Staff was great from the front desk to the nurses to the PA I saw. Felt like he understood my problem and was quick to diagnosis. Will definitely return here for urgent care matters in the future!
