It doesn’t matter what I call for, whether it be an appt or to get a dr note extended or to remind them to call in medicine that they said they’d call in and never did, it does not matter. They don’t EVER answer the phone. EVER!! I’ve taken my daughter up there twice in a week and a half. This is week going on week 3 of her being sick and now running a fever. We arrived today, after driving 30 minutes, at 3:35 to get a rapid covid test, as we have an urgent need. They refused to serve us, even though they close at 4:00 and the test only takes 15 minutes, with only one other person there. Very disappointed. The misguided lady at the front desk should be replaced as her customer service is abysmal.
They close at 4 but it’s 2 pm & they’re not seeing anybody else...wow this is the second time for me... Never again . The worst...

The doctors and nurses are very fríendly, the problem is the receptionist todas I took my childrens to check -up and each one grabbed a mask and a then took off the box,she got angry that the childrens took one,maybe because we are Hispanic and we deserve having one,americans also take mask and childrens left them lying , was discrimination.
waste of money unless you're looking for a dr note! never again!

I brought my son in last week.He hadn't been feeling well and I about knew he had strep throat. The nurse was sure he did too and ran a flu and strep test. I liked her she listened and was helpful. Well the Dr came in said he had a viral infection due to the weather sent us our way without meds. That didn't set well with me I knew he was sick and so did that nurse. I immediately took him to another clinic where he tested positive for strep and his tonsils were swollen 3Xs their normal size. I took him to get a second opini... read more

They left my daughter sitting in a room for 2 1/2 hours yesterday! she never even seen the Dr so she will not be back and I will be contacting Inurance to make sure the charges are correct.
Wasteful time but some your nurses are good others have poor bedside manner!!! And doctors have gotten me and my daughter wrong on sickness..
