The PA was very good and thorough. However, from the receptionist on thru the MA who did the initial assessment— NO ONE asked me why I was there! When the MA brought me into a room I finally told her why I was there and she was quite surprised. She thought I was there for a followup for an issue from several MONTHS prior. This lack of communication with a patient is unacceptable and dangerous. The first time I went to Fast Pace was for a drug test for work and I was very unhappy with the wait time. This time, however, I scheduled an appointment online so I could track my place in line. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. My visit was a pleasure and saved the day when I needed help at the last minute.I wish I had gotten everyone’s name so I could thank them personally. If you were working at Lewisburg, Tennessee at 6:10 on 5/11/2023, THANK YOU!
