Extreme wait time with a very sick infant for a 1 minute visit for amoxicillin is just flat out unacceptable. Stop scheduling patients if you can’t keep up with workload. I will never be back. I will never refer anyone to this office.

Entire office is incompetent. They suggest I go to the er for a hcg blood draw cause they didn’t want to do it. Staff is very rude, and will stress you out for no reason, when you tell them “yeah I have anxiety cause iv been pregnant 6 times with only one child living, so I simply need a quick blood draw and a repeat in 48hours to see what my numbers are.” The lady acted like I spoke a foreign language and turned into a unicorn asking for astronomical answers.Do not recommend

Provider was rude in the beginning when discussing what was hurting my daughter and was very degrading like questioning why I felt the need to bring her in. So much so when he walked out the door my 9 year old turned and said “HE WAS RUDE!!”

The staff was very good and efficient, but the antibiotic I was prescribed last night did not get called in until 11:00 today.
The front desk clerk was very gruff. I got the feeling she did not enjoy her job. It isn’t a great feeling to be barked at when you’re not feeling well!
All walk ins were seen before me. I heard them check in after me. They did not have any appointments. I had an appointment but was seen last. 2 hour wait
I am appreciative of the ability to arrive and be seen within an hour or so for my medical needs yesterday. The staff were polite and I left the facility with what I needed. However the person who brought me back to the exam room and the provider did not introduce themselves. I didn’t receive anything in writing when I left showing what my medical plan was or who I’d seen for it.
Overall, I got what I needed, which was a Covid test. However the girl at the check-in desk, as well as the one who took me back for my vitals were both very unfriendly, very short with me, and almost rude. I understand that I got there shortly before closing, but because of them, I probably wouldn’t go back. The CNP that did the test was good, and made sure I understood my discharge instructions.
