I am appreciative of the ability to arrive and be seen within an hour or so for my medical needs yesterday. The staff were polite and I left the facility with what I needed. However the person who brought me back to the exam room and the provider did not introduce themselves. I didn’t receive anything in writing when I left showing what my medical plan was or who I’d seen for it.
Everyone is so sweet and attentive. Great service!!

Very friendly staff. Doctor was very helpful, especially for a Sunday situation. Just flew in from PA and had a bad toothache. Got some antibiotics for the infection and was able to sleep that night! 5 Stars.

Overall, I got what I needed, which was a Covid test. However the girl at the check-in desk, as well as the one who took me back for my vitals were both very unfriendly, very short with me, and almost rude. I understand that I got there shortly before closing, but because of them, I probably wouldn’t go back. The CNP that did the test was good, and made sure I understood my discharge instructions.
