RUDE staff. When you’re told you are next in line and signed in, you will still sit there for a minimum of an hour. I complained to the front desk saying the app thing they sent me when I booked my appointment online said that I should already be back there. They tell me any second I should be called back. If you are a veteran and use community care, do not ever use Fast Pace. They will refuse to send the claim to the VA and then stick you with a bill for $1200 later on. We have had multiple calls over the past year and the VA finally told me today there is nothing they can do about it because Fast Pace won't send them the claim. Fast Pace refused to talk to myself or my dad about it.

RecommendedThis place is not worth it. There is 10 people in my family that goes. But after what they done to summer. Nobody in my family will ever be back. How dare you be little and talk to my pregnant daughter in such a way. She is sick and got no care what so ever. A nurse practitioner came in and opened up a law suit and that's it.

VERY long waits. They desperately need to hire more staff. I went in and waited 3 hours and still was not seen. I ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous.

Worse service ever. Waited 3 hours for them to tell us there was not anyone there to treat injuries. Everyone we saw were having to wait hours for service. They don't even triage patients when they come in. Someone could be dead on their floor and they wouldn't even know it. We will never come back nor recommend anyone to come here.

I was the last one before they closed closed and I had a terrible bad sore throat known for strep problems..They refused me a antibiotic or even a shot said it was sinuses I could go to Walmart & get some Zertex ..well it would have been cheaper for sure ..They just wanted the insurance payment..Still 2 weeks later still a sore throat...no covid...been tested very sad the lady she wore a dress don't go to her...She doesn't care won't help 😢 This is in Manchester, TN Don't know what she practices or how she got her license ... read more
