Their mental health services suck. You must have a physical card even if you aren’t provided one. They can’t look it up or anything. The lady was rude. Based off that alone I will not be returning

Doctor/nurse practitioner had an attitude from the second he walked in and then said nothing he could do. Total waste of time and money.

The nurse and NP were great! They listened to my concerns about my son and got the tests done that he needed. However, got there at around 9am, was told there was a tiny wait, and ended up waiting an hour in the waiting room. There appeared to be only one patient in the back and then us in the waiting room. Was just a little disappointed by the slowness of just putting us in a room.
The person at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. When I got my paper back with all the test on it, I saw that they didn’t even test me for what I went in for and was being treated for. Yet they told me that the test came back negative. I felt lied to! Maybe I had all the symptoms and didn’t need the test, then say that. Don’t tell me my test came back negative when you didn’t even test for it!
Long hold time in the waiting room with no patients in the back. MAs were great.
