The staff and level of care are great at Fast Pace Urgent Care. I am so glad I have them as my primary care provider. Knowing I have them in my corner is a comfort.
I was having my ears cleaned for a hearing test. Amy was really great.
It took a long time to be seen (2 1/2 hours) but I understand , due to a lot of illness. The NP was awesome and thorough!! Couldn’t get the results until the next day which I understand because of the volume. I called the next day, late afternoon, and was told immediately the results weren’t back from the lab yet. I asked her to double check because I was tested for 3 things and was told results would be back early morning. Everyone was friendly and very attentive! Would recommend over any other walk in clinic in area.
Check was easy. The nurse that assisted me was professional and personal and the doctor was friendly. Listened well and told me what I needed to do. Great experience
