I went in for extreme lower back pain, from a fall. I've never been in a facility with more incompetence. My evaluator was a radiology technician. She couldn't even spell the things I was allergic to. She asked me to spell it. She didn't even know what an NSAID was, this should have been my first clue, but did I leave? No, I was hopeful. They took an x-ray and then took me back to the room, where another woman walked in - she had no name tag on, nor any identification at all... for all I know she was the janitor in Scrubs. I would like to warn all patients with insurance that an office visit is 655.00$. I was not aware of this and my insurance company was charged 790$. I feel this is ridiculously expensive to charge for only an office visit. This company was founded for the rural areas that can’t afford an ER visit and can’t afford to miss work during normal business hours. I feel this is taking advantage of working people that have to pay for their insurance. So if you are thinking about visiting Fastpace please think twice.
I took my 9 year old to Fast Pace this evening because he was complaining of a sore throat and running a fever. I have had custody of this child since he was 20 months old. Instead of the receptionist politely telling me she needed proof that I was the legal guardian, she had the nerve to look at me and my son and say, "You're not a REAL mom. I'm going to need some sort of proof." I completely understand needing proof, but to say that in front of a CHILD!?!?!?!?! I suffer from infertility, so the comment felt like I had been... read more
Never will I ever take my kids here again. She got hateful with us and my daughter was uncomfortable again. To the point my daughter wouldn't tell her how she really felt. I tried telling this women but she agrued saying there's nothing wrong. So I ask her so are you telling me it's fine for her to feel like this then she goes back to saying nothing wrong with her. All she did was make us sound like we are stupid. I do not recommend for anyone to go here.
I was very disappointed! Receptionist was wonderful! Initial evaluator was wonderful! Nurse Practitioner was extremely rude! She snapped at my sick daughter for absolutely no reason and made totally unprofessional comments to us as we were leaving.
There is no way i will go back to this place. The nurse practitioner kept on asking my daughter what she thought was wrong with her baby. Teiwd to say its teething. My daughter told her no its not that she has 16 teeth and she is 1 year old. Its gonna be a while before she cuts anymore teeth. She kept on and on trying to guess then says its viral and told my daughter she was going to call in Motrin and an anti biotic.
