RecommendedI called at 3 yesterday 12/15 to see about insurance acceptance. The lady on the phone told me to go ahead and “sign in” and she would put me in the waiting list line because the wait was 3 hours long. I filled out the paperwork online, uploaded all my cards and showed up about 6:10pm. When I got there I thought there was no way I was going to be seen before 9pm, even though I had an appt for 6:24pm. The entire staff are absolutely wonderful. From the time we walked in through the whole process and leaving they were just great. They answered all my questions and listened to everything I had to say about why we were there. They took great care of my little guy and had his medicine to the pharmacy before we even got there to pick it up.
I had a wonderful experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care! Was able to wait in my car and Casey Davis, APN was amazing and efficient! Would definitely recommend!
Working in Morristown, I searched for an urgent care up there the first time I needed one since starting my new job. I found Fast Pace with the hel f y friend, Google, and have honestly preferred to go there since. They allow you to sign in online, give you an approximation for the time you will be seen and send a text to your phone when that time is getting close. The staff are amazing, always pleasant and cheerful, and understanding. They are quick and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone.
They let you wait in your car until the time you are given online when you fill out your application. They are very nice as well.

The care and attention I received tonight was better than any Urgent Care I've ever been too. They were thorough, did their best to keep me comfortable and get me well. After 8 days of illness and fever, it was so, very much appreciated.
The staff has always been very professional and friendly. They are very caring and helpful.
