Quick and truly showed Empathy and care. Empathy is not as common as it should be in the medical field. I felt heard and cared for. Overall great experience considering my injury.

This clinic visit was very fast! The best part was the front desk lady, she was so kind and welcoming! I did the online checkin and it was so convenient. The NP who saw me was very nice and dealt with my issue appropriately. The nurse seemed a little dis interested the whole interaction, but I always try to think positively and hopefully her day got better as the day progressed. Overall I had a good experience and would return.

I felt very heard and respected. Even though all of my swabs were negative, I was still given an antibiotic for my ear infection and potential strep. My concerns for my frequent strep were taken into account, and I was not brushed aside because of my negative flu, Covid, and strep tests.
