Great place
The medical care was good! The registration process could use some improvement. No one who is ill or in pain should be asked to do all of the work in registering. It would be much quicker for the receptionist to take the cards and process the information. The older generation did not grow up with computers and the registration process is very frustrating, to say the least, especially when you don’t feel well. I’m a stickler for customer service! I came into the facility did a short registration met with associates they did their assessments gave me an anecdote ( which is helpful) I was on my way. Every staff member was friendly and polite also professional. Thanks
