I. Went there to get a shot for a cold and instead as soon as I got to the examing room they started testing me for covid and I did not give them permission to test me for covid and when the test came back negative I told them all I had was a cold to begin with and they told me to go to Walmart and get some over the counter medicine in stead of giving me a shot to get rid of this.i thought really I came here just for them to tell me to get medicine at Walmart.

NP Amy entered the exam room-Nice introduction She did not even take a look/exam my right knee to ascertain where the pain was located or the severity I was prescribed a muscle relaxant; however, she did not explain the dosage, side effects, how the med should be taken or for how long. No hands on approach. I can’t remember the name of the MA

Can't remember the PA's name. I was too in shock at how long it took her to put on her gloves. She seemed like she had never been in a doctor's office, let alone worked in one. I had a splinter in my foot from the beach. She told me she was not sure it was a splinter because there's no wood at the ocean. Tried to tell me it was a jellyfish sting despite me telling her it happened a week prior and that it did not hurt at the time it happened. Zero empathy. Everyone had an attitude and treated us as a burden. Having a sick child is very scary, especially with a high fever. No one there gave a single fuck about us.

Everything about the experience was professionally accomplished. The only area I can consider a negative was the staff was detected emotionally in a way that could be considered unfriendly. They said exactly what needed to be said and nothing more, nothing less. There was not a smile, greeting, or one single thing that was personable. However, in regards to performing the task, every "T" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. Like a well oiled machine. They were fast and efficient.

I’ve been at fast pace, urgent care for almost 3 years. They’ve gone downhill. They were my primary care doctor. They changed my doctor now they want you to make an appointment online. They won’t do it over the phone and now they want you to do your registration over the line they won’t do it when you get there that’s not my job, they can’t get help. They should close down. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.  They are also shortstaffed they had nobody that could draw blood. They had a girl that was supposed to be trained... read more

We went to the location in Newport Tn and staff seemed very helpful there than New Tazewell. We had the same procedure done a rapid Antigen Covid -19 test done .
