Great customer service! Only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen and evaluated. Top notch and very professional! As a cancer patient that struggles to maintain insurance, it is nice to know there is Fast Pace that available and reasonably price! Thank you Fast Pace!
I used this urgent care center last year when we were visiting Tennessee and had a horrible allergic reaction to poison ivy. I was a walk in client and was treated very well. I loved the attitude of everyone there. Fast forward to this year and I have visited again, this time establishing my primary care there. I was excited to find out they do both! Professional, thorough and convenient would be the words I use to describe the people and this clinic. I have already recommended them to friends!
So glad to have Fast Pace open on the weekends. We did preregistration online so no need to fill out paperwork in the office. We were able to choose a time online and it let us know how many people were ahead of us. Everyone was so kind. Kind and helpful at reception area. Super sweet nurse that was great with my daughter. Doctor Hill was so kind and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel very comfortable. Really good experience for my little one and us.
There are time (most times) where the wait is long BUT they usually stay slammed so I can't hold it against them. The staff is always extreamly nice, alot of the times my kids are with me and they are really good with them too. Overall I'm always very satisfied with them.
Visit at Urgent Care was the Best medical interaction! Nurse practitioner was gentle, kind, knowledgeable. She offered her medical opinion and then answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I would select her as my Primary Care Physician, if it were possible.
