Very long wait. I was in terrible pain. I paid $55 copay was able to get my weight, temperature, and bp. I was so ill I left to go to the emergency room

The nurse acted like she hated being there. The Nurse Practitioner said she didn’t think it was a blood clot but didn’t know what it was and said we could go to ER to be sure, after paying to see her! At least act like you care.

Front desk staff was not friendly and didn’t really take the time to even be empathetic. Medical Assistant was quiet and finally warmed up toward end but couldn’t answer a question about the numbers on my vitals. Felt more like a number not a human there. They were pretty quick though. Still waiting on test results from over a week ago. I wont be returning to this establishment.

Front office staff was rude. The lady drawing my blood told me she has never drawn blood before and I am terrified of needles and then told me she didn’t even know if she was suppose to listen to my heart but she will anyways. Nobody even introduced themselves to me
