I gave 4 stars because I went into the clinic my left shoulder and elbow were both hurting really bad. I only went into the clinic for one thing. They did focus on that, but the NP also focused on things that had nothing to do with my hurt shoulder. The NP wanted me to go to a counselor about my depression that I didn't have, the NP talked about my hypertension which is my BP which I was already aware of. My daughters appointment was at 3 and she didn’t get seen until 4 something she was taken for white sores on her throat and a fever and they performed a COVID test and didn’t address the sores

The doctor was not very friendly. She was not comforting. It seemed like we were a bother to her. When I asked questions she made my son and I feel very uncomfortable…she had an attitude with him. I won’t be back. She basically told me to see my normal doc or be referred to a specialist. Why am I paying for your services?
