Courteous staff. I was surprised and disappointed the NP didn’t look at my eyes with an ophthalmoscope instead of from across the room. Other than that, I had a good experience there. I would go there again

Very pleased with my appointment. I saw Bailey at the Blountville office and she sent me to Piney Flats for a chest X-ray. All of the staff was very nice! I will go back when the need arises.

Every single time I have came here the staff is so nice and they get you in and out and don’t make you wait half the day. I will always come here when I need urgent care. They are the best❤️

Well I went in one hour before they closed. They had to take xrays, cause I serious thought I broke my knee cap. Luckily X-rays showed no breaks just severe muscle damage possibly torn ACL. They treated me with kindness and I felt comfortable around them they were amazing I’m Going to my ortho this week to get it checked out again Still can’t bend it or put much weight on it
