They never treat an illness.
Everybody has a bad day, I get it. But in some professional positions you put on a smile and help your patient. We come there because we are sick or just don’t feel well. I know questions have to be ask but ask in a friendly manner, we answer in a feeling not so good friendly manner. Don’t make us feel like we answered incorrectly.

I felt like they were in a hurry to get me in and out showed no compassion that I was in a lot of pain in my eye. I can’t even remember the NP that examined my eye. I went to NP school and I am aware of how they need to examine an scratch on eye and I don’t think she wiped the eye entirely. She said she didn’t see anything and nothing was done. She said there was nothing she could do. Suffered in pain all night. Went to eye doc next day and have scratch and drops were ordered.
Very long wait. We are a member of Access Health but was charged $50.. when I called and asked about it they said that I could not get my money back and they would check into it and call me back. I did not receive a call back. We drive past other urgent care clinics to go to Fast Pace to take advantage of Access Health. Will go somewhere else next time.
Walked in with a bite on my leg, from my own puppy dog. Still call her a puppy bc Lulu was 11 months old yesterday, too. Was walking her bc that’s one of the first chores of the day. She is a bossy, red & white Boston Terrier! She needs some behavior management, really bad… At any rate, she has no problem pulling on my big legged pajama pants, but since I had on leggings and she grabbed a bite of leg with that thin material. Staff was nice and very professional was told I needed to go to the er because my ekg was not normal the er told me ekg done at urgent care was very much normal I give 2 stars only for me wasting my night at the er just to be told I pulled something
