Staff was nice and very professional was told I needed to go to the er because my ekg was not normal the er told me ekg done at urgent care was very much normal I give 2 stars only for me wasting my night at the er just to be told I pulled something
Staff fine, NP fine. Do NOT use this clinic if you have pulmonary or chemical sensitivity. As a asthma patient with an exasperation of my symptoms, nebulizing at home with little benefits. The clinic was hot, the thermostat read 77.6. The Voc off gassing was exasperated due to the high temperatures. NP did not have a comment nor appear to have any concerns for the air quality. Why would a medical clinic not take steps to lower the offgassing. Air filters, air exchangers and lower temperatures would help mediate toxins. ... read more
I went to Ponchatoula fast pace on 2/5/2023 because I was congested. My daughter went to her PCP on 2/3/2023 and was diagnosed with sinus infection and ear ache. I did not appreciate the fact that I was looked down on because I would not complete COVID test. I had COVID in 2021 and my symptoms where no where new the COVID 19 symptoms. I asked for a cough medicine that would not affect my prostate. The warning information from my pharmacy states that a person with prostate enlargement could have issues taking the cough medicine prescribed. Also the antibiotic prescribed is causing diarrhea.
