I came in for a viral sickness that my son had been seen for a few days prior. clearly something contagious since I am sick now as well. I was brushed aside and told I had allergies.
My family has used Fast Pace many times. 95% of the time we’ve seen Tammy & never had a problem. Until today. Took my teen in with respiratory symptoms, she tested negative for Strep, Flu, & Covid. Tammy said it was “just sinus stuff” & that she could see her throat was red, she’d send in a script for something to help. Great! The lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending. I called about what appears to be a misunderstanding with how they put holds on peoples cards and I could barely even talk without her being so very rude and talking over me. In my opinion she should not be working in healthcare or any other front desk type position.
Accusing these parents of abuse without even properly assessing an OBVIOUS SICK child is DISGUSTING. The NP that made this call needs her license revoked immediately!!!
took a six year old child in. fever of 103. I was told they are too busy and was turned away.

I took my daughter up to the office here in princeston they got us back, gave her a covid test it was negative. The doc then checks her noise ears and throat and said it was an upper respiratory infection. She said she will be better within 5 days. Said she will give her an antibiotic. She in fact hasn't gotten better. She has gotten worse. Brought her to her normal doctor. Never ever again. If they require mask they must provide mask which was not and was forced to leave

This was the biggest waste of time!! Ended up taking daughter to ER for COVID and strep swabs.
