RecommendedI've been here two times in the last few months with my 8 month old son (tummy issues and an ear infection.) Every time I've been seen within 10 minutes and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. They have any prescriptions ready to go at CVS right next door. Ask for Jenny- shes the best and so nice! Seriously, this place is a life saver, especially if you have a son in daycare who seems to pick up a bug every other week!
Very friendly staff and very efficient! Short waiting time. I've been in healthcare for over 10 years so I'm usually a big critic when I eventually go for myself but I highly recommend this place and team. Thanks for the excellent care today!
I've been there twice with kids. The service was fast. The care was excellent. It's as good as MultiCare/Baptist Health and it normally isn't crowded. I was so pleased I sent my husband here when he had an upper respiratory infection. We found out the insurance was billed $292-for the office visit. We saw the signs for $85 office visits and were floored when his bill after the insurance paid was $135-. Very misleading. We won't be back. This sounds to me like the are making as much as possible off insurance programs.
Excellent customer service and efficient care. My daughter had an accident at school and we brought her here instead of going to the ER. X-rays, results and care instructions in less than one hour. Grateful you chose to come to Princeton.
