I ws seen in a timely manner. The nurses and NP and receptionist were all polite and explained what they were doing. I was very happy with the service.
It was an easy appointment. Everybody was super nice. But, I don’t see how they charge $115 for a physical when other offices charge $75.
Staff very friendly, understanding & compassionate
The check in nurse was amazing and went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance coverage, the initial consult with the nurse was great and thorough and made me feel relaxed. The Dr./N.P. was excellent. They called my prescription in right away and the whole experience was exactly how it should be everywhere!
Every staff member was cordial, professional, empathetic and efficient. Dr. Coy is a practitioner and genuine person. Kudos to this entire organization!
I was seen and diagnosed promptly, then treated in the office for an ear blockage. It was so nice to be able to hear again! The staff was very warm, professional and welcoming.
Everyone was kind, the wait time was very minimal, the health issue was solved quickly.
All of you done a great job!!! A good place to go to for your illness .
