Slow it took over 2 hours to get out of there
The providers at the back were very nice and very attentive. Very pleasant. But the front desk check in lady, short brown skinned, was VERY VERY RUDE.! Even when I called in to ask a simple question about could I walk in that day her answers were “Umm Hmm” very unprofessional.. she is the one that will turn make patients turn away and never come back. The provider didn’t introduce herself upon entering my room. She did ask if I had any questions. However, I felt rushed away. I remember thinking I wasted my time. This was my third time visiting Fast Pace ( they were great visits). This time not so much.
I’m not sure what was the nurse name that assisted us but I’m sure you all would be able to tell by the time we were there. However, this young lady did not greet us when she called us to back, I had to speak to get her to speak. She gave such slobbish attitude when we got into the room to do her vitals and etc, wasn’t friendly at ALL!!! However, the provider Kimberly Moore was awesome, with great attitude and spirit!! Medical Assistant needs to be retrained on point-of-care tests and taking blood pressures. She didn’t swab properly, used the incorrect size BP cuff and held the cuff “closed” with her hand while it deflated during BP measurement. Strep testing should have been oropharyngeal and she only got the tongue superficially; she never reached the pharynx. COVID and flu testing was similar; she only reached just the entrance of the nose for both tests. Needless to say, all tests were negative, but I wonder if at least one of the tes... read more
