I am always well treated here! They get you in and out quick. I saw dr. Claudia yesterday, she was quick efficient the nurses were very kind. Definitely recommend coming from someone who hates going to the doctor
I appreciate the after hour care of this facility. Out most recent visit was a quick one and that makes life so much easier when there are toddlers involved! The only issue is having a local pharmacy that is open the same hours.
I had forgotten my daughter’s insurance card at home, with out it my daughter wasn’t going to be able to be seen. The receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond to help find a way for my daughter to still be seen! Ended up she found a copy of it through my husbands account and we were in and out with in 45 minutes!
My wife was seen for having ear and sinus pain along with a fever. She was treated well by the check in staff. However the nurse practitioner on staff the day she went came into the room and announced my wife had covid as if she had cancer and the lady stated "I am so very sorry." She didn't offer any treatment for the ear and sinus pressure and pain and basically shoved us out the door with no questions answered and no treatment offered. I don't think we will be back. We did find a different doctor and pharmacy out of state... read more
If there were zero stars I would have left zero stars for the "nurse practitioner". She was a fill in as they have such a hard time keeping dependable help. She asked why I was there and I told her I was there to get my meds recertified. She was smug, hands on her hips as she told me she wasn't going to risk her license for recertifying an already existing prescription. She wanted me to prove I had current prescriptions. I asked her can't she look in my chart? She said that's not how SHE does it. I have been going to this ... read more
