The reception staff and ma were great. The equipment was faulty and they weren’t able to get an o2 reading on my baby. He presented with congestion and some respiratory symptoms. The provider then came in looked in ears, diagnosed with an ear infection and did not even listen to his lungs.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. The room was freezing to the point my son was shivering. Had to step out of the room twice to get someone’s attention. When I stepped out the doctor was just sitting on the computer and chit chatting with the nurse. We were there for a sports physical that should have taken less than 30 mins and we were there for almost 2 hours. I would have been more understanding if they were packed but it was us and one other patient. I will not be returning for any reason.
The doctor googled my symptoms right in front of me. And still couldn’t get to the bottom of it. Kept getting the I don’t know, I don’t understand answer. Or that doesn’t seem right. Then referred me to a doc. The doctor stated he didn’t believe that was the problem but referred me anyways.
