Worst experience ive ever had at any immediate care. Doctor spent less than 2 minutes with assessing me. Nice building with no a/c for whatever reason with the worst doctor ive ever been seen by. Will never come back. Will never recommend.

I came from greenfield because the firstcare out there didn’t have an X-ray tech on staff until today. So instead of waiting to go today, I thought well I can go to another location. The greenfield location CALLED ME to let me know there wasn’t a tech. The staff in shelbyville should have been proactive and called me to let me know they don’t have an X-ray tech at all. I was very irritated about that.
