My care was great !! Kevin the provider was great . And the front desk worker Amanda was Very nice . And ragan was awesome.. she took her time and listened to all my concerns. The only compliant. I have about this office it wasn’t very clean at all . You shouldn’t have to go into a health care place first thing in the morning and it look like it did . . Rename your facility to slow pace because I had to wait over a hour for a 5 min drug screening for my employer.
Made an appointment for a drug screen for a job and arrived early only to be seen almost an hour and half after appointment time for a two minute test
Tuesday afternoon I went to the Maryville, TN office . I called two times for hours and directions and that I was coming for a drug screen for work. It was a 15 minted drive. When I arrived I was told they ran out of the tubes required for a drug screen on Monday morning told me I would have to go to the south Knoxville office. Why could they not tell me on the phone? I am the most patient person but for it to take over 3 hours is a bit much. I had to check in to another Urgent Care because a topical ointment was not enough. I received a prednisone shot today and a prescription. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
You served your purpose as I was in there to get a note from work due to having a fever I don’t remember the name of the two people who assisted me. And I am not Shawn.
