Tuesday afternoon I went to the Maryville, TN office . I called two times for hours and directions and that I was coming for a drug screen for work. It was a 15 minted drive. When I arrived I was told they ran out of the tubes required for a drug screen on Monday morning told me I would have to go to the south Knoxville office. Why could they not tell me on the phone? I am the most patient person but for it to take over 3 hours is a bit much. I had to check in to another Urgent Care because a topical ointment was not enough. I received a prednisone shot today and a prescription. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
You served your purpose as I was in there to get a note from work due to having a fever I don’t remember the name of the two people who assisted me. And I am not Shawn.
Came in for a muscle issue, and while they couldn’t help me understandably, I had to wait over an hour to see the provider as the only one in the office at the time.
Literally didn’t help me at all I feel worse than I did when I went
