Everyone here was awesome when we visited yesterday. We had to take our son, and as parents dealing with a sick child is already OVERWHELMING. But we had top notch service as soon as we walked through the door. The staff, the front desk, the nurses, everyone was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Two doctors came in to see my son and they were so amazing (reminded me of Dr. Simone and Dr. Jackie from Married to Medicine 😁)! I love going here. The receptionist is always friendly. She knows how to treat you while you're waiting to see the doctor. The staff is very polite. I love the fact that you can reserve your spot in line from home. Very convenient when you're not feeling well.
It was a great experience. Made appointment online and was seen within a few minutes after arriving for my appointment. Online process is easy and simple to do. Appointment and staff were; friendly, efficient, great communication. Really impressed with check-in, tests, and consultation. Facility was extremely clean, orderly and neat. An overall great experience! 5 star!!
I’m not sure if this place is understaffed or taking on more than they can handle. I arrived at my appointment at 2:19, the appointment time was 2:39. I checked in and was not called back until 3:25. Tested for normal COVID test, was told Nurse/DR would be in about 15 minutes. When she left the room it was 3:33 when I seen the nurse it was 4:20. My mother was essentially told to to wait and see if she improved or not. No diagnostic testing of any kind, not even lab work. Two days later she is in emergency room with pneumonia and UTI.
