I have been coming to Fast Pace in Sparta for a long time, now. I don't make it a habit, but when I need urgent care, these guys and gals have never disappointed. Service is always fast and efficient with great quality care.
Took a friend for her 1 o'clock appointment. Sat there for hours to be seen. Was told she was the next patient, but the provider hadn't had lunch. Well 4 more patients was called in and we still waited. Finally she told them to cancel her appointment because the providers left te building. What is the point of having appointment if you can't be seen . And they cancel on you of you late.
Fast Pace clinic in Sparta tn took good care in treating me yesterday, today I feel much better! I absolutely recommend them if you are feeling sick go right it. They are amazing. Thank you, Bonnie Leveque
The lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me. She was busy but still took the time to go out of her way to help me even more than just checking me in. Everyone here was very friendly, nice, and professional and even sent my prescriptions right away. I will highly recommend this office for anyone in need. Well my second experience was down right awful, 5 hours waiting. I was fully checked in at 8:33am this morning for a walk in, was hoping it would be faster than an ER.
