I was there for my daughter and myself. My daughterās weight and temperature were taken. However, my weight was never checked, no temperature taken, no blood pressure taken, and they didnāt listen to my chest. I was there because Iāve had a sore throat, coughing, and loss of my voice. They swabbed me for strep, but thatās it.Ā

Seems as though I sat for a considerable amount of time in the lobby when there was no one else there. Once I finally was taken to a room, the diagnosis felt generic and rushed. Iām not convinced the practitioner actually was worried about my pain or not.Ā

Wait time was too long. I made an appointment on line but not being computer savvy it was not enough. More stuff had to be done on their lap top, Why donāt the secretary help do that? Not busy! After my lap top was completed I had to wait . Several people came after me and they were serviced before me, This clinic is very clean and the two gals that did my diagnosis was very nice and seemed to be well trained. The meds are helping me get better. Thank you for that.Ā
Waited an hour in waiting room just for a urine sample for drug screen. I was the only one in the waiting room at the time.Ā
