I had fallen and my back was hurting so bad that I couldn’t stand straight.After sitting in the exam room and being told that it was nothing she could do was a waste of time and money. I should have followed my first mind and never went .
Staff was very nice. I do feel as y'all were understaffed that day bc the wait was awful. The whole experience took about 4 hours. It will be hard to come back. Again, everyone that worked there was nice and friendly.
I came in for an ear ache, first of all it was 35.00 dollars for a five minute visit. I had to sit and wait for about an hour before I was seen, while still in pain. When the nurse came in she had no identification on and I had to ask her who she was and her position, which I should’ve done. Then this lady came in stating she’s the nurse practitioner, she was very nonchalant about everything she did. I felt the doctor was rude and cut me off.
Second time here, this time there was a long wait but I think it’s because the doctor was being thorough with each patient. Usually a very good thing. Plus it’s allergy season and they were busy. I can appreciate a doctor digging into the underlying causes of complaints but sometimes it’s just a bad cold ya know? I’d love to see this doc for my migraines!
Went for appt yesterday and staff couldnt Figure how to get set up for teleavisit so appt was resceudledll
Nurse that did DOT was nice, waited about 2 hours before seen! Only two people was there after they left still took 30 minutes before I got called! Need to change name Fast Pace to Slow Pace.
