There was little to no wait time. The NP & also the front desk rep were very nice & professional. They addressed my issue & any other concerns that i had. The office was clean everyone wore masks

This is the best clinic there is anywhere. The nurses and nurse practitioners are excellent. The clinic is pristine and you receive excellent healthcare. I highly recommend the Watertown Fast Pave Health

Doctor was great, nurse was great. The check in process is ridiculous especially if you’ve been there before. Checking in should be a much simpler process. I’ve filled out less paper work to buy a car. Other than that I will be going back if need be. Staff is really nice.
Extremely slow! No other patients in building and took 45 minutes total. Doctor ignored symptoms of sinus infection, yellow snot, stopped up nose and head congestion, cough and inability to sleep because of congestion. Only looked in ears and throat and listened to heart. Pushed on neck and throat area completely ignoring major complaint of congestion even after stating Mucinex had been taken earlier. Never touched sinus points never looked in nose. Blew me off with diagnosis of “Allergies.” Waste of time and money!!!
