The front desk staff was super welcoming and extremely friendly. The nurse and provider were also very friendly and the provider thoroughly explained my illness. Very happy with the service and care I received.
Everyone was very friendly and there was almost wait time.

The Doctor refused to fill out FMLA paperwork for me so I can return it to HR department at work I don’t think they can do that I was stunned I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to not go there terrible place very unprofessional and to be a healthcare provider very upsetting
Absolutely nothing was done by the nurse practitioner.
Doctor/nurse didn’t even take the time to check my body to confirm my complaint. Just asked what was wrong and provided meds. Following up with my real doctor to actually look and see how things look and next steps.Essentially could’ve did a virtual visit and had the same result. Don’t remember the doc/nurse practitioner name.
Not sympathetic, made me feel like I was a crazy for having an anxiety attack. Informed me that they don’t have drugs on premises. I never asked for anything but a rx for inhaler. Left me alone for 20 minutes when they had no other patients

The lady’s were nice but when a patient KNOWS what’s wrong with themselves and is asking for a specific result, making extra money by charging my insurance for a Covid test is infuriating. I was tired, hadn’t slept more than 2-3 hours in 3 days and finally broke down to go to the doctor… this is what I got. Wasted an entire hour, got Covid tested with of course NEGATIVE results and was told to get cough drops from the pharmacy… Guess I will see y’all again in 10 more years.
