Nurse Scarlett was excellent! She was very personable. She spoke directly to my 13 year old son, making him feel active and accountable in his own healing. She explained everything thoroughly with kindness and laughter. The check in experience was pleasant as well. The only issue I had was with the wait. When we arrived, we were literally the only patients and it took about 30 minutes before we were seen.
