Making an appointment and checking in was relatively easy. There was very little wait time to be seen. But what stood out the most was everyone from the medical assistant; to the nurse; and the PA that diagnosed my illness were very nice, professional, had empathy, and ābedside manners.ā They were concerned about why you were sick and wanted to do and cover everything to make you feel better.
