A notice that there was no equipment such as xray machines in clinic should’ve been in place..Shame on you for charging me $65 for a temp and urine. I had a lot of pain and Dr never pushed on my body to check at location of pain. Told me possibility of gallbladder liver or pancreas. Told if I went back to the Dr in MI I might get a full check up.
I have used Fast Pace a few times. In this case I don’t feel I got a good diagnosis. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy but a restriction on it that I could not pick it up until 4 days later if I got worse. I know antibiotics should not be over used but I am a 70 year old that was coughing my head off and coughing up green phlegm. I needed a medication then. Not stay sick 4 more days before I could get treatment.
I brought my teenage son in for a severe ear ache. He was in so much pain that he was in tears. He was tested for strep, flu, and Covid. The strep came back positive. When the provider came in he hardly even glanced in his ears even though that was the whole reason we even came in. I even asked if his ears looked ok and he said they looked fine, it was probably just the strep making it hurt.
