This was the most unhelpful visit I’ve ever had. The place was not busy, but I still experienced a very long wait time. The room was dirty with used plastic coverings on the floor. When the NP was finished with my exam and the test results came back, all I got was “your test was negative, you can leave now” no official diagnosis or summary of my visit. Just pushed out the door.

I told the doctor I had a sinus infection. She said I did not. I knew I had a sinus infection because I was hurting my teeth were hurting and she would not treat me for that. I ended up going to Trust care clinic the next day and got some treatment for the problem. I need to get some doctors that listen to patients but know what’s going on with them.
