I told the doctor I had a sinus infection. She said I did not. I knew I had a sinus infection because I was hurting my teeth were hurting and she would not treat me for that. I ended up going to Trust care clinic the next day and got some treatment for the problem. I need to get some doctors that listen to patients but know what’s going on with them.

It’s unreal to me the measures that doctors do not take to take care of their patients.
I didn’t have my insurance information so the lady said they couldn’t do anything without it so I asked why I couldn’t just pay out of pocket 100%. She looked puzzled and said that I could. I told her that my son had some kind of sinus crud coughing and headache and fever so test for everything except Covid because we have some home tests. They swabbed his nose and throat and said everything was negative and wrote a prescription for antibiotics and cough syrup and sent us on our way. Next day we took him to our normal d... read more
The nurse and dr seemed to be ok. Front desk staff needed help. Made apt online took longer to fill out info on phone. Arrived 10 mins late because I had to fill out info for 2 children even though I called and the lady said I need to do it online and drive 30 mins. Waited in freezing waiting room for almost an hour. Had to pay $100 each even though I’ve already met my deductible. Both kids are still running fever. I’ll take them somewhere else this morning.
