The whole staff was friendly and knowledgable. I was pleased with Will, who looked at my foot. He gave me a lot of information and advice which was very helpful.
My experience was good. The doctor was very personable, and answered all my questions.
The Doctor and Nurses are WONDERFUL. The office procedure is horrible. They keep a copy of your payment and insurance but yet every single time you come in (I had to every two weeks) you have to fill out all the same information each and every-time. Wouldn’t you think that should be in the computer. The other complaint I have is when you call in you go through another state. You don’t get the local facility. My Credit card was charged several times and NO one told me I owed anything. Not very professional people. So... read more
The wait was ridiculous and the reception wasn't very nice, maybe she had a bad day. But the nurse and Dr did amazing!! Always so friendly and definitely easy to talk to!!
So glad I decided to give this a try. I feel heard and very well taken care of. Highly recommend..
