At the New Tazewell,TN location, I found me a wonderful primary care provider.She done excellent assessment ,took time to listen & promptly addressed my issues.Young lab lady was awesome,first attempt & had all my labs drawn.Nurse Kristi was awesome as well.Very professional & caring. Hard to find these days.

It was very positive. Dr. Smallwood is amazing! The wait time wasn’t too terrible either. All the staff were very polite, friendly, and very professional. Also the facility in itself was very nice and clean.
