I was going in for feminine care and I was only seen by females! The doctors and nurses and receptionist were all lovely and kind and you can tell they love their job! When I received my prescription and went to pick it up that night my pharmacy was out of stock and we called fast med and they transferred it over to another pharmacy within 10 minutes! Charged me 160$, after I was checked in they told me they couldn’t check me out. Which would’ve been fine given it was a stomach issue. But didn’t even do any follow up questions or gave any guidance on what the issue might be. The doctor was very dismissive and simply told me that I needed to follow up with a primary. Asked to be referred to one and he told me he didn’t do that either. i love this fast med. the receptionists are so sweet and gentle. both providers i’ve seen here actually listen to what’s going on and wants to help you feel better. i’m a big fan of the lobby. it’s clean , spacious, and they have a tree they decorate for the seasons. open sunday to sunday 8-8 which is amazing for those weekend injuries.
I had an excellent experience at FastMed Urgent Care in Sanford. I went mid-morning on a Saturday, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very informative and helpful. The care I received was thorough and provided with compassion and professionalism. Following the visit, I was provided with detailed after-care instructions and information and received a check-in text a few days later.
The only part of this visit that was acceptable was the lady at the front desk. She was kind and courteous. The so called Nurse on duty and Dr was rude Did not accomplish anything for me and was absolutely absurd with their diagnosis. Do not go to this place if you have any health concerns. The nurse rolled her eyes at me the whole time we went over medication and expected me to Lift my arm up when it was clearly broke. I would not even take my pets to this place.
