I was going in for feminine care and I was only seen by females! The doctors and nurses and receptionist were all lovely and kind and you can tell they love their job! When I received my prescription and went to pick it up that night my pharmacy was out of stock and we called fast med and they transferred it over to another pharmacy within 10 minutes! I had an excellent experience at FastMed Urgent Care in Sanford. I went mid-morning on a Saturday, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very informative and helpful. The care I received was thorough and provided with compassion and professionalism. Following the visit, I was provided with detailed after-care instructions and information and received a check-in text a few days later.
It was my first visit to an urgent care. The check in and new patient process was quick and easy. The entire visit went smoothly and the staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about thirty minutes. My prescriptions were called in right away. I got a thorough evaluation and my questions were answered thoroughly.
Very, very pleasant people that was working there today. The check in procedure did not take very long at all, then the assistant did a great job of going over all my symptoms and documenting everything. Nurse practitioner Michelle, was very nice and professional. I appreciate it their help when I cannot get to my regular doctor.
The last 2 times I went here the wait was with in 30 to 45 mins which isn't bad at all considering the number of people that were there. Michelle the NP was amazing. Very friendly and took her time to listen and address my concerns. She really knows what she is talking about. Would love to see her as my regular doctor! This place has definitely improved in the last few years!
