Except for the machine not working , all was satisfactory.
They got me an appointment right away, didn't have to sit in the waiting room, cleaning went well, exam went as well as could have been expected. I cracked a filling and Dr. suggested that I get a crown instead of having a 40 year old filling replaced. Even though it is a little pricier than I want, my insurance is expected to cover it in full. I probably would have given 5 stars except that I am very uncomfortable near the cracked filling because of all the poking and prodding which probably couldn't have been avoided.
Each person I encountered was very kind. The coordinators at the front desk were friendly and double-checked my information, Dr. Fay explained things well, and Pana walked me through each step, including giving me options for my next appointment. I was very pleased with my first appointment at Fay Dental, and feel confident moving forward.

Recommended to all my friends and coworkers. Treated fairly and courteously with my limited opening condition. Given options to improve function but everyone was very patient with needing breaks to rest. I appreciate you!

Excellent. Got in at appointed time. Dental hygienist, Jennifer, always does a great job. Dentist always takes the time to check your mouth and teeth before you leave. Friendly staff.
