The front desk staff are unbelievable, and Dr. Smith is the gentlest dentist I've ever been to!

The team at Fay Dental was great! My hygienist was thorough and gentle and explained things well. I haven't been to the dentist in several years. It was cool to watch on the screen everything they were entering/charting, even though I didn't fully understand it, and the new-to-me cleaning tool was much better than the old "scraper"! Glad I chose Fay Dental to establish care for years to come!
Brenda went above and beyond by calling my insurance co to see if she could get a 3rd cleaning in a year approved for me.
The entire staff is amazing!
