Dr. Shah Dr. Ross and the entire staff has been excellent. Keeping me up to date with a treatment plan that works best for me. They make me feel like I matter, and just not another $$ walking through the door.
My rating is POOR!. I only gave 1 star based upon the individuals at that front desk they are very kind. I went in for a cleaning and was told I had two cavities. I went in to have those cavities filled only to continue to be in constant pain with one of the fillings because the dentist did not even out the filling correctly of which caused me to make two more visit for a bit adjustment and more drilling that has not result in the need of a root canal. When I asked for my records I was told that they could not be give to me.... read more
The business office for this practice was very dishonest regarding their participation in my dental plan. I was told my plan was in-network when in fact it was out-of-network. It was only after services were rendered (and thus financially obligated) that I was told that I actually was out-of-network. Very, very dishonest.
