I had a wonderful time working with Filix. As a first-time homebuyer, I encountered quite a few difficulties during the paperwork process, but I was incredibly fortunate to meet Filix and Viki (the real estate agent). I really want to thank them and hope to work with them again in the future!
Felix was amazing to work with. He helped my father in law every step of the way, answering multiple questions and he remained calm and professional. If you need a loan officer Felix is the person for you!
I would love to thank Felix for everything. Overall AMAZING! He was very professional, always available for a text, email, or a call to answer our questions. We had a few ups and downs with some scares but he was able to help us through it every step off the way. He kept us calm and assured us that everything will be okay and go smoothly. I believe Felix is experienced and very knowledgeable in regards to helping people qualify and get loans to purchase a home and other criteria regarding homes and loans.
