I believe Felix is experienced and very knowledgeable in regards to helping people qualify and get loans to purchase a home and other criteria regarding homes and loans. What can I say about Felix? Well, I started refinancing my home in December of 2020. I went through not one but four lending companies; three ghosted me after submitting all my information; however, one did call back and said I wasn't approved. When I called Felix and told him my situation, he worked with me and told me what I needed to fix and deal with before I could do any refinancing.
