Treated like Trash Labor Day Weekend 2010 Late Friday evening came home to a very sick dog. All vet offices were closed.The Emergency clinic called Ferguson's office Sat to let them know we were on our way to transfer our dog to them.Got there a few mins after 12 with the doors locked. When we were seen we were drilled as to why we were there after closing,That the dog was in a perfectly good place. Explained about the cost & to keep...

Dr Still is great I used to be a former employee and i can say this- Dr Still- a great truly compassionate veternarian-cares about what she does and would not do anything unethical- Dr Lilly- is not there anymore - but from what i could always tell was very intelligent- knew animal medicine inside and out- would do all she could for her patients to help them- Dr Ferguson- no comment.

In response to gogolfings comment, i was a disgruntled former employee, but i left to find another job;that im very happy with now. There is a reason people become disgruntled, some are reasons people create on their own and some reasons are unstandable. There are a lot of great people that work here- caring, smart and compassionate, but there are some people who do not need to be taking care...

In reference to go golfings review, i worked at fergusons and as far as disgruntled employees go i was one, but i looked for another job and got out of there. Every place has good and bad, but there are disgruntled employees for a reason! There are people who work here who are great ,intelligent , caring and good at what they do, but on the other hand there ARE people who shouldnt be working...

vt Someone gave me some bad news about Fergusons a few months ago, and to my surprise it was someone who works there now. I just seen her in there working last month, and she always answers the phone when i call and seems to have the answers to my questions when i call. I didnt pay much attention to what she said because she seemed to be aggravated by a comment she said Dr. Ferguson had said about her child that had gotten back to her somehow. vet care Every time I go in Fergusons its always chaotic, and there is a lady there that will NOT stop talking the whole time youre waiting for your appt. I hate to say it, but that is very annoying to me. I like to unwind while im waiting for my appt. since its usually in the afternoon after work. You cant do that with this woman in there, and the bad thing is she is usually talking about her homelife to everyone. Sorry but unprofessional. I wont go back anymore

I have used Fergusons in the past some, and was ok with the service. I stopped using them because of a rumor I heard about abuse from the main doctor. I dont like writing information like this, but it came from a reliable source. The person that told me this worked there for about 5 years. They gave specific examples, which upset me enough not to go back.
