We have had Dr. O'BRIEN and staff take care of our furbabies since we moved back to the area 2003. Dr. Jim, his staff are compassionate,Professional,caring and known animal lovers. They take the time to explain all aspects of the care of our precious animals. We highly recommend their service for all pet concerns .

I really love Dr Eason at Fernandina Beach Animal Clinic. On Wednesday morning I started choking at home. I already had choked on Monday night and had aspiration pneumonia. Mommy and Daddy drove me to the office. Mommy carried me in and asked for a vet because I wasn’t breathing. They took me back and I passed out, peed and pooped on the table.
